まつり！
I think this week is gonna be great! There is a big festival where we live, I've already eaten a lot of cotton candy, omnomnom, so happy! We had work on Sunday, but afterwards me and Emi dolled ourselves up and went to the harbor too see what is going on. But there is a big sailing festival going on right now that will last a whole week, and then "Mærudagar" will take over:3 Mærudagar means candy days, but mæra is an old Icelandic word for candy:) Our friends will be coming and staying with us for Mærudagar! can't wait for them to come! :3

On Sunday we went down to the harbor and watched both icelandic and faroeyan (? don't know how to write that correctly...) traditional dances and we also joined and danced a little, it was so much fun!

but, before that we met some people, and some foreigners on the harbor asked to take our picture... haha... that was a little embarassingX3 we also met some people that we know:) *laugh* we met a woman who runs the flower shop here and she always thinks that it hurts so much to put in lenses and fake lashes *laugh* I think she feels more pain just thinking about it than I will ever endure using them XD then she took some pictures of us, and there was another woman there, and she asked to take our pictures, and she was so happy when we allowed that XD that was so funnyX3
We also saw some people sneaking around to take our picture.... I think that is so low... I really dislike that kind of stuff! But it is not like we can do much about that anyway....
We also went down to the harbor after work on Monday, we ate cotton candy, of course! Not like we get it every day X3 In the evening two old men came and played some Harmonica music, and we danced one dance, sadly we had to go home after that since we had work on Thursday...T^T

I can't wait for tomorrow>.< Our friends are coming, and will be spending the weekend with us!
